Whether you’re after a one-of-a-kind tumbler, a phone case as unique as your last bad decision, or clothing that’ll have everyone on Pinterest green with envy, we’re ready to work our magic and bring YOUR vision to life! 🫶🏻

How it Works:

Consultation: Once you have placed an order, drop us a message via live chat to discuss your ideas and inspirations. If you don't have an idea of what you want, we will brainstorm with you and ask questions so we can figure it out together.

The speed of this stage largely depends on how quickly we receive your replies. Please note that we aim to respond to all messages—whether through chat, social media, email, or live communication—within 48 working hours, excluding weekends.

Design Process: We will create a mock-up based on our discussion and send it to you for approval. You will receive up to three unique design options at no additional cost. Minor modifications (such as altering a font style or colour, or removing an individual element) can be made without charge. However, more extensive changes (like adding or removing multiple elements) will be treated as a separate design request, and if you exceed the maximum limit of three, additional redesigns may incur a fee. This approach ensures fair compensation for our time.

The duration of the design process will depend on how promptly you accept or decline the mock-ups. As mentioned, we respond to inquiries within 48 working hours, excluding weekends.

Creation: Once you’re satisfied with the design, we will get to work, crafting your bespoke item with love and care.

Our typical turnaround time is five to ten working days, commencing from the date we receive your mock-up approval. If your order is urgent, please let us know so we can accommodate a rush request.

Delivery: It's time to ship your product! If you opted for local delivery, we will contact you to arrange a time and date suitable for both Papertales and yourself. If you opted for Royal Mail delivery, your item will be collected the next available day after production.

Please be aware that we do not use copyright-protected images or upscale photos. If your design includes a photo provided by you, it's your responsibility to ensure the quality and that all necessary permissions have been obtained. Additionally, please ensure that consent has been acquired from all individuals appearing in any submitted images.
